REGULATIONS INSIDE THE FRENCH NURSERY 2008

The nursery accepts children from the age of two month until four years old and plus.

1 – REGISTRATION:
We give you an application and ask you all the information regarding the child and that will be in the first visit.

2 – ADMISSION:
The child must be in a good health and does not have any infective decease.
You must bring a copy of the child vaccination card.
We do not give the child any medication except it is prescribed by a doctor.

3 - FEEDING:
Sweets, chips, lollipops are all not allowed.
For babies, the feeding bottle must be prepared and inform us about the quantity and the time must be given.

4 – THINGS YOU MUST BRING WITH THE CHILD:
Everything belongs to the child must have his/her name written on.
For the babies :
• Dippers
• Feeding bottle
• Milk
• Changing clothes
• Towel
• Thermometer

For children :
• Changing clothes
• Towel

5 – EMERGENCY CASES:
You must leave your contact numbers in case of emergency

6 – OPENING TIMES:
The nursery opens at 6:30 am until 3:30 pm
The administration working hours from 7:30 until 2:30
Overtime working hours for the nursery from 2:30

7 – CHILDREN’S DEPARTURE:.
You must give us all the information about your children's departure such as timing and the people might come to take your child.
The child must not be taken by a teenager.

8 – PAYMENT:
(Per one month+ registration + uniform) must be paid at the registration time, and the money paid will not be refundable.
Payment must be from day one of the month or maximum day 4. If you cannot pay during this duration of the month, the administration must be informed, if the administration is not informed you will be charged for 40 QR more for every day delayed.
If the child is on vacation, the monthly fees will stay the same.
If the child will leave the nursery later than the closing hours which is 2:30 pm you will be charged for 20QR more per hours.

9- TRIPS
The nursery organizes a trip every 2 weeks you will be informed by the details and charges before the trip, your permission will be taken before.
The children must wear the uniform during the trip (obligatory).

10- UNIFORM:
You must buy the uniform from the secretary it is available there, it is obligatory for every child.

NB : the parents are not allowed to enter the classes to not disturb the other children.
